"I had my first car with State Farm for five years and now have another car with State Farm. I did not shop around on insurance when I got my newest car, I went straight back to State Farm. I have been treated fairly with State Farm and even had renters insurance with them. I recommend State Farm as an insurance agency."

"Called a week ago to cancel a policy and update another one. I was looking for the refund check normally they show up quickly. I went online and they did nothing that they said they were to do over the phone. After 25 years I switched companies."
We responded:
"I’ll look into this after the Holiday weekend. It can take 5 business days for the home office to process things and longer to show up online. It’s a manual process. UPDATE 07/07/05. Thank you for your patience and we are continuing to work on this. I confirmed with customer that our team member when asked to provide coverage for a deer hit he did provide the appropriate coverage of comprehensive, and my apologies if our team member didn't effectively provide a correction on your language when you mentioned you wanted "collision" with a deer coverage. I reviewed the changes and they are correct, and the processing time is normal especially with a Holiday. When you speak with someone at our office directly that request is submitted at that time, though it goes into a queue for the underwriting service team to “work”. You mentioned in your review that you had other changes as well. If those changes were sent in via the same service request that would delay the cancellation because the notes would interrupt the simple cancellation workflow. The effective date is what matters, and once processed everything would be based on the date you requested the cancellation and the change. I hope this explanation helps and know that State Farm is streamlining this process in 2026. "

"Greg Carlson State Farm is the best! I recently had someone back into my car in a parking lot and they took care of everything including rental car. Everything was documented and in motion within minutes of their receiving the police report. Linda was super friendly and helpful with my follow up questions. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"My dad has Medicare gap insurance with Greg and when he needed extra care in a skilled facility the facility said he had excellent insurance coverage and it made every thing so much easier for me getting him in somewhere."

"I contacted State Farm for new auto and home insurance in our new state. We moved from MA to NH. Moving can be stressful enough so anytime something goes smoothly it is much appreciated. Jacob made the process of getting through new insurance quick and easy. Jacob was attentive, friendly and professional."

"I am so impressed with the staff at the Greg Carlson Keene office of State Farm Insurance. I was a long time subscriber to another well known national insurance company. When I called for information about State Farm coverage for a college student, Angela Mollomo was more than efficient and recommended a quality plan at a very reasonable price. Surprisingly, the quote I received would save me a considerable amount and I decided to also make the switch. Then after just five weeks as a new client, I had to file a claim. Christina Kingsbury made it as simple as possible and provided all of the necessary information and links. Christina called me a week later to follow up, make sure everything was ok, and to answer any questions or concerns I might have. I am updating my review my earlier review as just a month ago (December 2024) my car was stolen in Canada. State Farm made an unexpected, deeply frustrating event go very smoothly through every step of the claim process. I can't say enough good things about this agency and the people who work at Greg Carlson State Farm in Keene. Excellent customer service, great coverage, and very fair pricing -- what more could one expect? If you are considering making a switch, do it! This insurance agency gets my highest recommendation!"

"A few months ago there was a glitch in my automated payment account. I called State Farm and spoke with "Ana". Ana immediately recognized the cause. She was very knowledgeable in finding, fixing and taking care of the issue. Ana continued to follow up until the issue was completely resolved."
